A perusal of all the previous orders reveal that not even on a single occasion, arguments have been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is, thus, evident that the case is being adjourned time and again and the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

Even Hon'ble the Supreme Court on 19.11.2024 in Nilesh Dnyaneshwar Desale Versus The State of Maharashtra: SLP (Criminal) Diary No.22040/2024 deprecated the practice of adjournments and dismissed the case for want of prosecution. 5.

In the circumstances, the instant petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
