(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 49 of 11.04.2016, under Section 354/323/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Division No. 2, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh has stated that the petitioners joined the investigation on 05.10.2016 and baseball bat and iron rod have been recovered from them and they are no more further required for custodial interrogation. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.08.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute.
