(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner or her son against any Class-IV post as per 1995 Policy under ex-gratia employment and to grant financial assistance equal to the last drawn salary of the deceased employee along with arrears and interest. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to grant compassionate financial assistance equal to the last pay drawn of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
