P.C..

At the outset State counsel submits that one victim Karnail Singh has not been made party-respondent in this petition nor his statement qua compromise is recorded. At this stage counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh after arraigning Karnail Singh as respondent-party. He further submits that the parties whose statements have already been recorded need not be called again to record their statement(s) and the statements already recorded be taken as sufficient for the purposes of compromise. Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with clarification that the parties whose statements have been recorded, shall not be called again for recording of statements.
