M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner had been granted concession of prearrest bail vide order dated 28.7.2014 on the ground that he had been found innocent by the police. He has now been summoned as additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that the order dated 28.7.2014 granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner will remain operative on appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court and pursuant to the summoning order passed under Section 319 Cr.P.C., he will appear before the trial Court on the date fixed before the trial Court. The trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction. A copy of the order be uploaded on the internet forthwith.
