Admittedly, there has been a settlement between the parties. The only issue survives regarding issuance of certificate by the respondentBank that the petitioner has cleared all dues till September, 2020. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents undertakes to do the same within a week.

Under the circumstances, no further adjudication of the matter is required. Petition is hereby disposed of. However, parties shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
