Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 18.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the legal representative of the sole appellant stands served, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are stated to have died. Respondent Nos.2 stands duly served however none has put in appearance on her behalf.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
