The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. None has been appearing on behalf of the appellant and respondents No.1 and 2 since 29.10.2019. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and respondents No.1 and 2. As per the Office report, the sole appellant and respondents No.1 and 2 have since died. Today again neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the deceased appellant nor has any application been filed by his legal heirs for impleading them as parties. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
