Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for approaching the respondent-authorities. He further submits that in case the petitioner files such a representation, the respondent-authorities would consider and decide the same in terms of the revised/modified policy in accordance with law.
