This petition has arisen out of the dismissal of the complaint of the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the matter has been resolved between the parties and a Demand Draft amounting to Rs.25,000/- has been given to the petitioner as full and final settlement of the issues between the parties.
