(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing impugned order dated 06.01.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ferozepur and impugned order dated 26.05.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, in a petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C. Petitioner was earlier paying the maintenance of Rs.500/- per month to the respondents, vide order dated 15.09.2004, in an application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, respondents again filed an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C for enhancement in maintenance allowance and the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ferozepur vide order dated 06.01.2016 enhanced the maintenance allowance from Rs.500/- to Rs.5000/- each to respondent Nos. 2 and 3, and from Rs.500/- to Rs.3000/- to respondent No. 1-wife.

The revision petition filed against the aforesaid order, has also been dismissed on 26.05.2016, on the ground the petitioner was having 42 kanal 07 marla of land and have sufficient means to pay the maintenance to the respondents. After going through the order passed by the Courts below and keeping in view the rising escalation of prices and the fact that the children are studying in good schools and further the interim maintenance has been enhanced GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.

Crl. Misc. No. M-27543 of 2016 after approximately 11 years, no ground is made out to interfere in the order dated 06.01.2016 and 26.05.2016.

The petition stands dismissed.
