***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) As per the report dated 24.04.2023 of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, SAS Nagar, Mohali none of the parties are appeared to record their statement through video conferencing on date which was fixed as 10.04.2023 vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed by this Court.

A perusal of the case file shows that on 27.04.2023 respondent No.2 sought further time showing willingness to make the statement by way of video conferencing on that day as well there was none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and today neither counsel for the petitioner nor for the respondents has turned up.

In the light of the same this Court inter alia confirms convincing petitioner is not inclined to pursue the instant petition and the same is ordered to be dismissed for non prosecution.
