Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR at the stage of investigation on the basis of compromise.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, who is present in court, submits that investigation has been completed and final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. is likely to be presented before the competent court today. In view of the fact that petition has been filed at the stage of pendency of investigation, no interference is called for. Dismissed.
