The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.69 dated 17.05.2020 under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914 registered at Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa.

By an order dated 08.06.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Yadwinder Singh submits that though the petitioner has joined investigation, however, the petitioner herein is involved in two other cases, details of which have been shared on Whatsapp group.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 08.06.2020 granting
CRM-M No.14277 of 2020 (O&M) -2interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
