******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.71 dated 30.11.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
