The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), SAS Nagar, Mohali whereby an application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 CPC was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, SAS Nagar, Mohali, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.727 of 2019 itself stands decreed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 14.02.2025 and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
