This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 292 dated 13.12.2014 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 447 IPC and section 27/30(54)(59) of the Arms Act at Police Station Beri, district Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Bijender Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 20, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 20, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
