Pursuant to the order dated 07.12.2023 notices were issued to the respondents. As per the office report, both the respondents are reported to have died.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondents Gurdial Singh and Hari Ram are no more and even their legal representatives are also not residing at the given address. He further states that despite best efforts of the appellant-Bank, the whereabouts of the legal representatives of the respondents are not traceable. The connected appeal i.e. RSA-1118-1996 filed by respondent - Gurdial Singh - stands dismissed for non-prosecution separately.

In view thereof, the instant appeal is also dismissed with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
