Since none was appearing on behalf of the parties, notices were issued to the appellants as well as to respondents. As per office report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died and appellant No.2 stands served through his son. Respondent No.1 stands served, however, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are stated to have died. Today, none has come present on behalf of the parties.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellants to get the same revived in case anything survives therein. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
