(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0004 dated 12.02.2020, under Section 406 IPC (lateron added Section 34 IPC), registered at Police Station Nangalbhoor, District Pathankot.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 05.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 08.09.2020 and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 05.06.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
