Though matters were being taken up through physical hearing mode today, this matter has been taken up through video conferencing on specific request of learned counsel and in terms of circular dated 14.09.2021. Prayer in this petition is for quashing impugned letter dated 21.01.2020 whereby representation of the petitioner for change of her category from General category to Physically Handicapped General category has been rejected and to consider the petitioner in physically Handicapped General category for selection and appointment on the post of PGT English, TGT English and Clerk.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that as advertisement/Information Bulletin (Annexure P/1) has been withdrawn, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
