The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. On 04.01.2024 fresh notice was issued to the parties. Thereafter, Mr. Ramesh Hooda, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 04.07.2024 and he was directed to furnish correct address of respondents No.1 to 3. On 26.09.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 02.12.2024. On 02.12.2024 the case was adjourned to today by order. Today, neither the order dated 04.07.2024 has been complied with nor anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
