This is an application for impleading the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and 6 who are stated to have died. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and 6 mentioned in para Nos.3, 4 and 5 of the application are impleaded as a party. This is an application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are stated to have died. 4.
