A perusal of the pleadings shows that similar issue has already been dealt with by this Court on identical facts whereby, the writ petition bearing CWP-7214-2026 titled "IIFL Home Finance Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and others" was disposed of on 11.03.2026. 2.
