Respondents No.1, 2, 4, 6 to 19, 31, 43 to 45, 47, 48, 54, 58 & 59 proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 27.05.1996. Respondents No.25 and 26 already proceeded against ex parte Vide order dated 30.07.1996.

None for the remaining respondents.

Vide order dated 12.07.2024 parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the chances of a compromises. Parties have since settled their dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A written compromise has been arrived at between the parties on 22.07.2024 which is appended with the report of the Mediator in a connected appeal being RSA-2748-1995 which has been taken on record as Ex.C-1.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly and the compromise (Ex.C-1) be made part thereof. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
