    Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and the fact that offences are not of heinous nature and the parties belong to the same very village coupled with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace, amity and harmony for the future welfare of the parties and conducive atmosphere, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.49 dated 04.07.2012 registered at Police Station Kheri Gandian, Distt. Patiala under Sections 336, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
