RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to transfer the investigation from District Nuh to any other District in State of Haryana in case FIR No.0233, dated 29.12.2020, under Sections 376, 511, 323, 452, 379-A, 427, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 54 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bicchor, District Nuh.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated nil, Annexure P-5, is decided expeditiously.
