! Mr. Rana Harjasdeep Singh, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. NITIN 2022.04.26 13:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
A copy of the petition be given to learned State counsel by counsel for the petitioner today itself.
He submits that the petitioners' case is wholly different from that of Harinder Singh, inasmuch as the petitioner got another woman to impersonate as his mother to transfer her land in his own name, whereas Harinder Singh was only a witness to that transfer deed. In view of the above, I find no ground to entertain this petition, which is consequently, dismissed, it being one seeking that the petitioner be admitted to anticipatory bail.
