Through the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 602 dated 30.10.2021, under Sections 120-B,406,420 & 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ballabgarh City, District Faridabad. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that number of FIRs,of the similar nature, have been registered against the petitioner, throughout India. He further submits that a petition was filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, for grant of interim bail in all the cases, which is pending, and Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to grant interim relief in all these cases, in which the petitioner is accused.
