Vide order dated 21.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as the respondents. As per the Office report, notices issued to the appellant remain unserved due to incomplete address. 3.

The said address is the only address available in the memo of parties and in the judgments passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and the same are the one on which the notices were sent. 4.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 5.
