Against order dated 19.03.2023 (P.3) passed by the D.T.C, rejecting the technical bid, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 20.03.2023 (P.5), which is pending before the Director, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Punjab at Chandigarh.

Without, in any way, opining on the merits of the contentions of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, directing the concerned competent Authority to dispose of the appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks, in accordance with law.
