RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) CRM-6598 of 2018 Through this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for correction in the head note as well as prayer clause of the petition by adding Section 332 IPC and deleting offence under Section 432 IPC, which was wrongly mentioned.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. "Section 332 IPC" be read instead of "Section 432 IPC" in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.
CRM-M-27638 of 2016 Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.31 dated 19.05.2015 registered under Sections 353, 332, 186, 379, 506, 34 and 201 IPC at Police Station Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur, on the basis of compromise dated 06.11.2015 (Annexure P-2).

-2CRM-M-27638 of 2016 (O&M) statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.1504 dated 07.09.2016 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Sagnrur vide Endst. No.6341/EB dated 07.09.2016.
According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla, is satisfied that compromise arrived at between the parties is without any coercion or pressure. No proclamation proceedings are pending against any person.
Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla, and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.31 dated 19.05.2015 registered under Sections 353, 332, 186, 379, 506, 34 and 201 IPC at Police Station Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur, is hereby quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `6,000/- shall be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority and `4,000/- with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
