H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The injury attributed to the petitioner is simple in nature. He has joined the investigation, as conceded by the State counsel and recovery has been effected from him. It is further submitted by the State counsel that the petitioner has surrendered his passport before the Investigating Officer. In that way, he is not required for further investigation.

Therefore, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 9.8.2017, is made absolute, subject to the fulfillment of conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
