(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.292 dated 27.11.2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B IPC at Police Station Patran, Patiala, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition in view of the fact that trial is at the fag end. Dismissed as withdrawn.
