Challenge in the present petition filed by the State was made to the judgment dated 24.09.2004 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, whereby the respondent was released on probation.

Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of judgment dated 14.06.2022 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, wherein after the learned Sessions Court had remitted the case to the trial Court on the ground that procedure of warrant case was required to be adopted, he was acquitted of the charges framed against him. The same is taken on record as Mark 'A'. 3.
