(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that she moved a complaint dated 24.05.2016 against accused/respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and others and F.I.R No. 33 dated 04.06.2016 has been registered but accused/respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and others have not been arrested till date, who along with unknown person known as Comrade illegally trespassed in the agricultural land of the petitioner party with weapons and tractor and started ploughing the same. On being stopped by the petitioner party, the accused/respondents gave merciless beatings to the petitioner and her husband. They also outraged the modesty of the petitioner and tore off her clothes.

CRM-M-27654 of 2016 -2In this regard, petitioner served a legal notice dated 30.05.2016 and thereafter, the above F.I.R was registered against accused persons and now the Investigation Officer started pressurizing the petitioner party to compromise the matter. The accused persons are roaming freely and are threatening the petitioner and her husband. Petitioner gave a representation dated 26.07.2016 (P-3) for protection of life and liberty and to arrest the accused but no action has been taken till date.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner a set out in the representation (P-3) and conclude the investigation expeditiously, in accordance with law.
