No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Vide order dated 05.12.2023 notices were issued to the legal representatives of the appellants. As per the Office report, notices issued to the legal representatives remain unserved due to incomplete address. 2.

The said address is the only address available in the memo of parties and the same is the one on which the notices were sent. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
