(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been granted regular bail by the JMIC, Bathinda, vide order dated 23.8.2017 and in that way the present petition has become infructuous and he be allowed to withdraw the same. A copy of the order passed by JMIC, Bathinda, in that regard, has been placed on the file.

In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
