Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.187 dated 31.07.2012 under Sections 332, 353, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal.

Heard.

Petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.05.2015 (Annexure P-3). However, petitioner absented before the Trial Court on 20.09.2014. Now the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2004. Admittedly, it is the case of no injury.

Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is
