******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Criminal Complaint No. 47 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015 titled 'Sunita vs. Jagbir etc.' instituted for offences punishable under Sections 323/506/34 of Indian Penal Code and 3 (x) (xi) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gurugram.

Heard.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 09.07.2018 passed by this Court. Keeping in view the fact that petitioners have put in appearance before the trial Court and their custodial interrogation is no more required but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is JITENDER KUMAR 2018.09.21 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
