(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.003 dated 02.01.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Bhiwani City under Sections 120-B, 201, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as Section 8(1)(4) of the Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, the petition seeking quashing of the FIR is disposed of, with liberty to the GURPREET KAUR 2026.05.11 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
