Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 65 dated 18.01.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 364-A and 506 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 216 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act were added later on) at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal. 2.
Learned counsel for the complainant who has appeared on his own has filed his Vakalatnama in Court today and submits that the parties have entered into a compromise. He further submits that the complainant has no objection if the present petition is allowed and petitioner is released on bail.
