RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 627 dated 02.07.2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station City Jind, District Jind.

Heard.

On instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.08.2018, though the petitioner has re-joined the investigation, but the amount of ` 44 lakhs is still to be recovered from her.

In view of the above, order dated 06.07.2018, is made absolute, with a direction to the petitioner to re-join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the same. She shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
