RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondents no.1 to 3 to take action on the representation dated 10.10.2022, Annexure P-5, given by the petitioner against private respondents no.7 and 8 and directing respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law. It is further prayed to issue direction to official respondent no.6 not to harass the petitioner and take legal action against private respondents. It is also prayed to issue direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to file status report in FIR No.564, dated 20.09.2022, under Sections 323/34/506 IPC (Sections 302/201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Palla, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR in question was lodged on 20.09.2022 and though the investigation is completed and challan is also presented, however, Investigating Agency has declared the main accused, namely, Raju Verma and Babu Khan @ Akib, i.e., MEENU 2023.03.30 11:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

respondents no.7 and 8 innocent at the time of filing challan. He has further submitted that Investigating Agency is intentionally conducting biased investigation and thus, declared both respondents no.7 and 8 innocent at the time of filing of challan.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievances before the trial Court where the challan is already presented. It is directed that in case the petitioner files any application/petition for redressal of her grievances, the Court of competent jurisdiction would deal with the same in accordance with law.
