RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 110 dated 23.06.2017, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Head Constable Surjeet Singh, states that the petitioner is no more required for interrogation.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, but without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation, if any, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. In the event of arrest, he shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. He shall remain bound by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
