(ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that FIR No.155 dated 12.05.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (section 326 IPC added later on) was registered at the instance of petitioner against Chaman Lal and twelve others. During investigation, accused-Chaman Lal got recorded his cross-version, on the basis of which, DDR No.28 dated 12.05.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149, 325 and 326 IPC was registered against the petitioner and three others. Final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. would be filed shortly. Therefore, the instant petition has rendered infructuous.
