**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in pursuance of order dated 27.07.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has already joined the investigation.
The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ajay Pal, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in this case as the weapon of offence has already been recovered from him. In view of above, the interim order dated 27.07.2017 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed off.
