The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 05.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as respondents No.1 to 20 only. As per the service report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1, 2, 5 and 15 are also stated to have died. Respondent Nos.3, 4, 6 to 13, 14 and 16 were not found residing at the given address. Respondent Nos.17 to 20 stand duly served. However, none appeared on their behalf despite service. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellant.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
