*** ARUN MONGA, J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 123 dated 17.05.2020, registered under Sections 18/27-A, 61 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 at Police Station Uchana, District Jind, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 09.06.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from SI Brijender Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 09.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
