The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 20.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, Kailash Gir through whom the present appeal was filed, stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Mr. D. S. Randhawa, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.
In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
